How to Use

  1. Add to your wash bucket, adjusting the amount to your water hardness (roughly 50 to 150ml per wash depending on local water quality).
  2. Wash the vehicle as normal using the two bucket method.
  3. Rinse thoroughly.

YumCars Reset has been a standout for me, especially given my water conditions. I live in Florida and deal with extremely hard water (300+ ppm), which normally makes spotting unavoidable. With this wash, I was able to rinse and dry the vehicle without leaving water spots, which is rare in my experience.The soap provided excellent lubricity during the contact wash, making it feel safe on the paint. I used it both through a foam cannon for pre-soak and in a bucket for the contact wash, and it performed well in both applications. The foam was consistent, and rinsing was easy without residue.This isn’t just a high-foam soap — it’s clearly formulated to manage minerals and improve the drying process in hard-water environments. While it won’t replace a full reset or decontamination for neglected paint, it’s extremely effective as a regular wash in tough water conditions.Best for: hard water areas, frequent washers, ceramic-coated or well-maintained vehiclesLess critical for: soft-water users who don’t struggle with spottingOverall, it noticeably improved my wash experience and results, especially where most soaps fall short.

I’ve tried so many car wash soaps. Adam’s, chemical guys, carpro, etc… this is HANDS DOWN the most effective soap I’ve ever used and it gets everything with hard water right off. I’m a fan and will be a forever user as long they don’t change formula!
