Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Timeframes (New Zealand)

We ship nationwide from our warehouse in Auckland via NZ Post.

• Auckland & North Island: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

• South Island: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

• Rural Delivery (RD): Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural addresses.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $7

• Rural Delivery: $14

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $90.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the NZ Post Tracking Tool. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
